This over-the-top action spy flick tackles themes of global drug policy and the morality of sacrifice, albeit with a generous helping of tongue-in-cheek humor.
Visually, "The Golden Circle" is a feast. Director Matthew Vaughn continues to hone his signature style, delivering breathtakingly choreographed action sequences.
